I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service, especially during the reservation process, was terrible. The rooms were extremely old, with outdated and dirty carpets. The breakfast was cold, low-quality, and lacked variety. Overall, this hotel deserves only one star, not four. The air conditioning was terrible, allowing the smell of cigarettes from neighboring rooms into ours, and many of the hotel services were unsatisfactory.

Hotel with really good location, old center of Istanbul was within walking distance. Also tram and metro stations are nearby. On the other hand, bathroom lighting was really weak (to dark for me makeup, for example) and it could have been cleaner, for sure. But it wasn't bad.

The breakfast is fantastic. A wide selection of foods from hot to cold dishes and pastries at the rooftop level. The rooms were ok though a refresh of the bathroom and carpets will make the rooms much better. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, probably the most important part. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Overall Manesol was a great place to base myself for my few days in Istanbul. I will say though that the walls are thin and some rooms incredibly loud depending which way you are facing. There breakfast was decent, it was clean, and very central.

Excellent service, great location just 5 minutes walk to Galata Bridge which gets you to all the touristy areas and Galata Tower where you get an amazing view of Istanbul. Hotel is So quiet, the rooms make you feel like you have luxury for an affordable price. The reception people are amazingly welcoming. I would 100% recommend and stay again.

I’m shocked that there isn’t a window in the room! There is some space that I don’t know what to call.. The smell of the room is a little bit wrong. But The location is very good close to every where.
